Great news! I just hoped when I read the book that this scene will be in the movie. Now, that fact that she confirms it (and she loves the scene) is maybe a good sign that they won't cut it out in the post-production.
Just let our fingers crossed and see if this scene is in the movie.

Btw, one of the best scenes of Narcissa in the book I think.
